roadside kiosk
old wooden tables and chairs have been left out under the trees. the kiosk is a squat building with one long window. you hear a stream trickling nearby.
there is a faded mural over the kiosk window. it depicts a river meandering out of pointy, snow-capped mountains and through pine forests and green hills. beneath this rolling landscape are the words last kiosk in the west.
you find the stream a short distance away. it flows through a steep, ferny gully, descending in little waterfalls and disappearing further along among the trees.
